1. Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your player name. Keep your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to play.
2. Fair play
Quizzer is a game of knowledge and speed against real people. To keep it fair, you agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, automated answer tools or any cheating software.
- Exploit bugs instead of reporting them.
- Harass opponents or choose offensive player names.
- Attempt to manipulate rankings or the matchmaking system.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
3. Brainpower & virtual items
Brainpower and other in-game items have no real-world cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or expire as the game evolves. Purchases of virtual items are final except where required by law.
4. Content & intellectual property
The Quizzer name, mascot, questions, artwork and software are owned by Quizzer Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game — that's it.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep Quizzer online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause or retire features to improve the game.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Quizzer is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't legally be waived.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. You can stop playing anytime, and we may suspend access if these terms are breached.
